United Airlines grounded all of its Boeing 777s and canceled dozens of flights in order to inspect the planes, which were overdue for inspection.

The crash of a British Airways Boeing 777 in London on Jan. 17 still has aviation officials perplexed. The jet lost power during landing and crashed 1,000 feet short of the runway.
