Air France and KLM launch social networking site for travelers
What do you get when you combine TripAdvisor, Facebook, and Twitter into one Web site? Just go to Bluenity for the answer.
Launched by Air France and KLM and managed by Tripnity, the new site allows travelers to create online profiles, share stories, and get tips from other travelers.
For example, you can get tips on the best places to eat in France, the best bargain spots in New York, or what not to miss while you’re in Vienna.
While you don’t need to be flying KLM or Air France to share stories and get tips, flying either airline gives you an added bonus of being able to see who’ll be sharing your flight so you can connect with them for potential business leads or make new friends.
Available in French, Dutch, and English, Bluenity can also interface with Facebook for the ultimate in connectivity.
The next time you’re traveling somewhere, make Bluenity one of your first stops to get tips on what to do and what to avoid.
