Airlines may be forced to auction LaGuardia landing slots
A new government proposal may soon require airlines to put their coveted La Guardia landing slots up for auction every five years. This is sure to get the airlines buzzing.
It sure will put market forces into action for those time slots and hopefully keep overcrowding down in the future.
