American announces 570 cancellations for Friday

American Airlines announced this evening (Thursday evening) that there will be 570 cancellations of flights on Friday, April 11th.

So far, 132 MD-80 planes have been returned to service.

AA canceled 460 flights on Tuesday, 1,094 on Wednesday, 940 on Thursday.
