Another day, another gas hike
The nationwide average price of gasoline set another record Friday, according to the closely watched survey conducted for the motorist group AAA. The average price of regular rose overnight to $3.28 a gallon, according to AAA’s Web site. That’s more than a cent higher than Thursday’s record and was the fourth all-time high hit in as many days, reports CNN/Money.com. A year ago, gas was a relative bargain at $2.549. Gas is more expensive in the western states, led by California’s average of $3.62 per gallon.
