Avoid Heathrow T5, if you can
BA’s nightmare opening of their new terminal continued again yesterday. According to recent reports, more than 300 filghts have been cancelled and 28,000 pieces of luggage are stranded. This is the 5th day of problems.
Air Transport World finished their report optimistically,
BA CEO Willie Walsh said he remained “confident that these early difficulties can be overcome, and that the terminal will be highly valued by customers and our staff in the near future and for many years to come.”
