Fla. AG on refund watch
Florida Attorney General Bill McCollum said Tuesday that his office will be keeping watch over Carnival Corp. and Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. to follow through on their fuel-surcharge refunds. The Orlando Sentinel reports that McCollum suggested that consumers give the companies a few weeks to contact them. If the cruise lines don’t respond, then consumers should contact the Attorney General’s Office.
