Norovirus strikes Holland America ship
More than 100 passengers on a Holland America cruise ship have been sickened by the highly contagious norovirus, the Associated Press reports. The ship returned to San Diego Monday from a 10-day trip to Mexico. According to the report, 104 passengers and six crew members became ill. The ship was carrying 1,226 passengers and 556 crew members. The Ryndham, which has suffered four such outbreaks since early last year, returned to San Diego Monday from a 10-day trip to Mexico.
