San Diego beaches reopen
Beaches in San Diego have reopened after authorities suspended shark warnings following a fatal attack 150 yards offshore. Triathlete David Martin, 66, died last week of blood loss after being bitten once by a shark, believed to be a great white about 15 feet long.
